June 2021

Autumn has arrived with some gorgeous blue skies, golden leaves and some time to rest.

The bees are settling for winter, my garden is looking bare, and my sewing room full of new projects. Sign of times the modern and bright fabrics are taking over the soft reproductions style fabrics, but not too worry I am still using it on a very large project all appliqué. Some snippets will be posted in the newsletter.

I have also have been playing with embroidery threads, the latest project “Jardin de Poche” is creating quite a follow-up  and soon an second version with Australian flora and some birds will be available. They are so many stunning flowers that it was hard to choose.

I will add a new calendar to the website with my teaching schedule it would be loverly to meet few fellow quilters on one of those dates.

Keep warm and stitching
