First Blog post

It has been a while since my last newsletter....

My mum passed away in May after a short illness and it took us all by surprise. It was a mad rush for me and the kids to fly to Geneva where she lived but we were able to spend some more time with her. After this stressful time (I had to clear her flat as well) I came back home to go straight into tiling the  bathroom!

With our new state of the art bathroom I can now concentrate on creating new projects, and there are few.

Completing a quilt and pattern for Today's Quilters. If you haven't subscribe to the magazine do it, lovely patterns, tips and tricks and always a "lesson" on few finer points in patchwork.

Finishing a block of the month started last year, it is a BIG project, inspired by an antique quilt.... more hints coming soon.

Currently working on a double wedding ring with a little something else, it should be ready soon.

For all those projects I have come up with a small pack of 4 different sizes leaves, from very small to big. It will be available on my website, keep an eye for it. There is also a very limited number of a 6" ruler with leaves templates inside.

If you are looking for workshops the next one will be on the

15th of July at Patchwork Passion, in Cranbourne. Contact the shop for informations.

And I have organised a day workshop at GJ's discount fabric store in Fairfield for the 28th of July. If you are interested send me an email for more details.
