Block of the Month
Minister's Quilt
This quilt is an authorised reproduction of an antique quilt which is held at The Historic Huguenot Street.
It is composed of 56 blocks, 55 different designs and was made between 1858 and 1863.
Véronique's Embroidery Club
Join me for an embroidery adventure. Every month or so I will offer you a new embroidery to add to your own garden. Sometimes one block, sometimes two, like anything in nature it will evolve, grow. You can play with stitches, learn new ones and use all the colours of the rainbow.
Isabelle
“Isabelle” is my version of an antique quilt. 24 blocks of pure joy. You will create a whole garden with this quilt. Lots of appliqué but the
big shapes makes it easier. And it will appeal to a quilter who wants to improve its needle turn skills.
